Sharon's Shrimp & Pasta Alfredo

Choose your style of pasta. I like bow tie pasta because all the 'crinkles and wrinkles' hold the sauce better. Boil pasta as directed.

In a separate saucepan, sauté a clove of garlic in 1 stick of melted butter. Add one cup of whipping cream and 1 cup of grated (real) Parmesan cheese. Whisk all together until melted and thick and creamy.

Prepare/clean 1 lb. of Shrimptastic, LLC shrimp. Sauté shrimp in a separate skillet using either olive oil or butter and your favorite seasoning. Remember, shrimp need only a few minutes to cook.

I like to add some frozen peas to the pasta for color and nutrition.

Once shrimp is ready, combine with drained pasta & peas, Alfredo sauce & shrimp.

So simple, so delicious. Will feed 4 to 6 people.
