Mom’s Simple Shrimp Salad

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 8 oz. box ring or elbow macaroni
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 T. milk
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook shrimp. Set aside. Cook macaroni according to box directions, rinse and drain. In a mixing bowl, gently toss macaroni with cooked shrimp, celery and seasonings. In a separate small bowl, whip mayonnaise and milk until creamy. Fold into macaroni/shrimp/celery mixture.
