Grilled Shrimp with Salsa and Tartar Sauce

Grilled Shrimp –
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp ground red pepper

Mix together chili powder, cumin and red pepper. Toss to coat shrimp. Grill or broil 6” from heat until opaque.

Salsa –
2 mangos, peeled, seeded & chopped
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1/3 c chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T minced chili pepper
3 T lime juice.

Mix all together and serve with grilled shrimp.

Caper Aioli Tarter Sauce –
½ c mayo
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ T capers, chopped
½ tsp caper brine
½ T chopped parsley (dried is OK too)

Rub a bowl with garlic clove and add above ingredients. Mix and serve with grilled shrimp.
