1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups cooked shrimp
1-2 tsp curry powder
1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 cup dairy sour cream
Put all ingredients except sour cream in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve over rice. Serve with condiments such as chopped almonds, bacon crisps, boiled eggs, etc.
