Shrimp are so versatile and quick cooking, you could call them the ocean’s pasta.

They can be simmered, grilled, baked, broiled, fried, steamed, boiled or sautéed with great results.

Shrimp can be complimented with garlic, cilantro, lemon or white wine sauces. They can be served with dipping sauces, in salads, with rice or risotto.

Shrimp can be boiled whole (like a lobster), then peeled and eaten after cooking.

There is a small pocket of fat behind the head of the shrimp that when left on, makes your shrimp taste even better.

Make sure when you are cooking your shrimp to NOT overcook them or they will get rubbery.
